The film captures intimate moments from introductory mind-body medicine workshops — where participants learn practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, and processing trauma — alongside quiet portraits of the people and places navigating life in wartime. Produced as part of CMBM's international program, the piece documents the human side of relief work: the connections formed, the vulnerability shared, and the small but powerful steps toward recovery.
